Customer Print and Veristio Print remain governed fulfillment choices inside the same persistent Binder Books project. Policies apply to the canonical source record, delivered versions, and later regeneration or reorder work regardless of which fulfillment choice is selected.
Private collection and search
Your Binder Book is also a private searchable collection. Find an item whenever you need it, then reuse it in a page, section, refill pack, or future edition.
Search requires an authenticated project workspace and server-side ownership check. Customer records are excluded from public indexing, cross-customer results, and private-content logs. Deletion and access revocation must remove affected records from active search indexes and cached results.
Search and browsing are included with the persistent project entitlement. They do not create a separate subscription or per-search fee.
- Customer-supplied content remains private by default.
- The customer must have authority to submit recipes, photos, scans, stories, and files.
- Public display, marketing use, or example use requires separate explicit permission.
- Upload scanning, retention, deletion, refund, replacement, and support policies remain governed across both fulfillment paths.
- No allergy-safe, medical, nutrition, health outcome, delivery-date, fixed shipping-rate, carrier, package-weight, or Media Mail promise is made here.
Corrections, replacements, and future editions
Corrections, replacement pages, refills, revisions, expansions, and future editions stay attached to the same Binder Books project. Earlier delivered versions remain immutable, and later regeneration creates a new governed version rather than silently changing prior delivery.
