These terms apply to purchases made through veristiopress.com and explain the seller identity, order process, fulfillment, digital delivery, and related policies.

Veristio Press is the publishing division of Veristio Intelligence Technologies. Veristio Intelligence Technologies is the legal seller and payment recipient for purchases made through this website.
The publishing division and customer-facing book brand is Veristio Press. The public sales website is veristiopress.com. The statement descriptor for website purchases is VERISTIO.
Orders
Products, prices, taxes, and payment
Product descriptions, availability, prices, taxes, shipping charges, and any digital-delivery terms are shown on the applicable product, checkout, or confirmation surfaces before purchase.
By submitting an order, the customer authorizes the purchase amount, applicable taxes, and any displayed shipping charges to be charged to the selected payment method.
An order is submitted when the customer completes the purchase process. Order acceptance occurs only after the order is reviewed and confirmed. Veristio may cancel or reject orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable products, address problems, obvious errors, or misuse.
Fulfillment
Physical and digital delivery
Physical products are fulfilled according to the shipping information shown before purchase and in confirmation surfaces. Shipping estimates are not guarantees.
Digital products are delivered through download, license issuance, access credentials, or another digital access method identified during purchase. Digital purchases provide a license to use the product under the applicable terms; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Intellectual property
Books, ebooks, downloads, software materials, and related content remain protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, sharing, distribution, public posting, or derivative use is prohibited except where expressly permitted by the product terms or by law.

Refunds, shipping, privacy, and support

Corrections
Fraud, misuse, errors, and customer rights
Veristio may refuse, cancel, suspend, or correct transactions affected by fraud, misuse, payment problems, address problems, obvious errors, inaccurate product information, or technical mistakes.
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights customers have under applicable law.
