Physical products

Returns and refunds

Requests for physical products are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

  • Eligible cases include damaged, defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or unopened resalable items.
  • Customers must contact support before returning an item.
  • Veristio pays reasonable return or replacement shipping for damaged, defective, incorrect, or Veristio-caused errors.
  • Customers pay return shipping for discretionary returns.
  • Original shipping is normally nonrefundable for discretionary returns.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method after receipt and inspection where return is required.

Digital products

Downloads and access

Digital product purchases are generally final after delivery, download, license issuance, or access.

Exceptions may include duplicate purchase, failed delivery, corrupted file, unusable product, material defect, material misdescription, or rights required by law.

Services

Work-based refunds

Services are refundable before work begins. After work begins, refunds depend on work completed and the applicable agreement.

This policy does not limit non-waivable customer rights that apply by law.
