Privacyinformation forVeristioPress.com
This page explains how VeristioPress.com presents site activity, external storefront links, and contact paths in plain public language.
Site activity
Analytics
VeristioPress.com uses Statcounter visitor analytics to understand Website readership and visitor activity. Statcounter may process the date and time of a visit, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, referring source, current page URL and title, pages viewed, navigation path, visit duration where available, and first-time or returning-visitor estimates.
Statcounter may use analytics cookies to estimate unique and returning visitors. “Invisible” means that no visitor counter or badge is displayed; it does not mean that no analytics request occurs. You can readStatcounter's privacy informationand use itsvisitor cookie-refusal page.
Veristio Press uses this information to understand readership and improve content, design, navigation, Website functionality, and similar site-performance information. Statcounter is not installed for advertising, remarketing, heatmaps, or session replay. Analytics is not used to provide financial, medical, legal, or personalized advice.
Cloudflare separately provides platform and traffic analytics used in operating and protecting the Website. Cloudflare analytics and Statcounter visitor and navigation analytics are distinct services. Statcounter provides prospective visitor attribution; historical visitor attribution cannot be recovered from periods before its installation.
Veristio Press does not intentionally send payment-card information, contact-form message content, or book-order details to Statcounter. Contact-form content must not be included in page URLs or analytics event values.
VeristioPress.com also uses a narrow first-party aggregate marketing counter for the active owned-site reader-discovery campaign. That counter stores only calendar date, campaign identifier, source placement, destination class, event type, and aggregate count. It does not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, email addresses, names, session identifiers, checkout identifiers, entitlement identifiers, manuscript information, or complete referrer URLs.
Newsletter
Email signup
If you sign up for the Veristio Press newsletter, the site stores the email address you provide, normalized email identity, consent text version, signup source, confirmation-token state, confirmation timestamp if confirmed, unsubscribe state, suppression state, delivery identifiers, provider event identifiers, and privacy-minimized audit evidence needed to operate the subscription.
Signup does not create a confirmed subscription until you use the confirmation link sent to your email address. Veristio Press uses Resend as the email service provider for newsletter confirmation, welcome, delivery, bounce, complaint, failure, rejection, and suppression events.
You can unsubscribe from newsletter email by using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter message. Provider bounce and complaint suppressions are retained to prevent further newsletter delivery to suppressed addresses.
Storefronts
External Links and Storefronts
VeristioPress.com may link to Stripe-hosted checkout for governed Veristio Press services, including Binder Books Customer Print. Payment-card details are entered with Stripe and are not collected or stored by VeristioPress.com. Book purchases may also happen through external storefronts, such as Amazon, when a Buy link is selected.
External storefronts have their own privacy practices. Review the privacy information on those storefronts before completing a purchase or sharing information with them.
