Inside the authenticated project workspace, search the complete private collection by words, title, family-specific details, tags, sections, people, places, dates, attachments, page status, and edition use. Search and browsing are included with the persistent project entitlement.
Preserved originals stay separate from editable records. Each correction creates a new version, and every delivered page retains the exact record version used to make it.

Submission and project memory
Begin with the family page, choose Customer Print or Veristio Print after reviewing the service facts, then use Authors Resort for authenticated private intake. Customers may submit files, typed notes, scans, photographs, records, captions, section preferences, cover/spine text, and supporting context.
Veristio Collection Studio preserves original uploads, records hash/provenance facts, creates editable canonical records, organizes metadata and sections, and keeps prior approved versions separate from later corrections or editions.
Veristio applies the selected house style or approved custom styling, creates binder-ready layouts, releases a proof for review, records requested changes, and requires customer approval before final delivery or Veristio Print production.
Two live fulfillment paths
Choose fulfillment per order. The family identity remains part of the project record, intake, proofing, production, delivery, additions, revisions, and future editions.
Receive a completed, correctly formatted US Letter PDF or page set and print it yourself.
Veristio applies the selected styling and formatting, prints physical pages, quality-checks them, and mails them flat for binder insertion.
Customer Print: Customer Print delivers US Letter print-ready files with binder-safe margins, color and grayscale-safe output, an alignment/test page, page or section packets where applicable, and home-printing instructions.
Veristio Print: Veristio Print uses the same approved project records to produce physical pages, quality-check them, and mail them flat for binder insertion after proof approval; no fixed carrier, delivery-date, package-weight, or Media Mail promise is made.
Continuity and rights
The project remains available for additions, refills, replacements, corrections, revisions, redownloads of immutable delivered versions, and future editions without recreating the project.
Customer-requested revisions are priced as additions. Carrier-calculated or separately reconciled shipping applies to Veristio Print orders and is not included in digital Customer Print delivery. Immutable delivered versions remain available for redownload where included; approved corrections and replacement pages stay associated with the same Classroom Binder project.
Customer-supplied content remains private by default. Customers must have the authority to submit the material; public display or marketing use requires separate explicit permission.
The customer receives an organized binder-ready book project, approved print-ready files or produced page sets depending on fulfillment choice, retained project history, and a path for matching additions or future editions.
